The CRH Difference
Founded in 2012, CRH Healthcare (CRH) is a consumer- and quality- focused urgent care leader that implements rigorous best practices gathered from decades of operating and growing consumer, retail and healthcare companies. At CRH, we operate all our clinics with the patient in mind, so they can “Get in. Get out. Get better.”
CRH operates three regions, each with its own well-known brand but all of which are clearly part of the CRH “family of brands.” While there are different brands, each is operated with the same focus on the patient. Our convenient locations, extended hours, onsite labs and x-ray, and customer-oriented teams help us focus on our Mission, “to deliver the perfect patient experience every time.” Additionally, our common, industry-leading electronic medical records system ensures that we can document and serve patients in one record no matter where they visit us.
The patient consumer is at the heart of any urgent care clinic. At CRH, and our platform brands, we build our business around patients’ busy schedules. Our extended hours, expanded treatment options, and customer-oriented clinicians are all in place to ensure that the patient can “Get in. Get out. Get better.”
All CRH clinics are located where patients and their families can easily receive the timely care they need. Our policy is to provide the patient with an enjoyable and convenient treatment experience so they can get back to doing what they love.
Urgent care sits within a unique niche of care between a patient’s primary care physician and true emergencies. All CRH centers offer experienced clinicians and support teams as well as a digital x-ray system and a lab onsite to help diagnose and treat a wide range of illnesses and injuries.
One Company, One Mission, 3 Local Brands
Our Approach
CRH Healthcare seeks to acquire leading urgent care organizations in their respective communities or smaller practices that can be combined to create a region’s leading network. Once CRH enters a region with an acquisition, we will not only seek additional acquisitions nearby but also opportunities to open new locations that will enhance the network and improve access for current and future patients. This “network effect” improves patient convenience and allows us to serve patients better through regional scale.
