Vice President Clinical Services (PA / NP)

The Vice President Clinical Services reports to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and is responsible for the overall supervision of the providers in all CRH Healthcare's operating brand clinics (GA, AL, FL, MD). Duties include clinical policy creation and implementation, clinical quality assurance, evaluation of clinical processes and improvements, and oversight of the Medical Leadership team in all regions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5+ years of healthcare Leadership experience

  • 8+ years’ experience in providing patient care as a PA, NP

  • Masters (PA / NP) and appropriate state license

  • Must be Board Certified


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Main role is provider life cycle management with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO)

    • Contract reviews and term negotiations with CMO

    • Physician, NP, and PA employment agreements and addendums / amendments with CMO



  • Will be part of the Senior Leadership Team with biweekly meetings

    • Members are CEO, President, CMO, COO, and CFO



  • Coordinate with CMO (weekly 1-on-1 meeting)

  • Oversees our newly created Residency Program for Georgia, Maryland, and Florida.

  • Backfill Senior Director Clinical Services role (Sr. DCS) as needed

    • Resignations / Absence

    • Acquisitions / De NoVo's



  • Serves on the Provider Credentialing Committee

    • Assigns supervising physicians, coordinates paperwork completion

    • Term resigning mid-levels from supervising physician



  • Serves on Peer Review Committee

    • Monthly meeting to review all peer reviews with CMO, Regional Medical Directors (RMDs), and Sr. DCSs to ensure complete coverage



  • Attends the provider staffing call weekly

    • Call is lead by the Sr. DCSs



  • Organize with the Sr. DCSs and deliver monthly New Provider Orientation (all regions)

  • Organize with the Sr. DCSs and deliver New Provider Training Courses (all regions)

  • Tracks with the Sr. DCSs completion of DOT, DEA, Med Trainer, ACLS / BLS and Provider Work Queues

  • Tracks with the Sr. DCSs supervising physicians on regional physician completion of mid-level chart reviews as well as theirs

  • Supervise all RMD’s in all four states

    • Monthly 1-on-1 with RMD’s to review scorecard and checklist

    • Monthly travel to one region

      • Should visit all regions quarterly



    • Leads the clinical side of the Acquisitions and De NoVo's of new clinics along with the CMO



  • Backfill the CMO in their absence for vacations, leave, etc.



  • Supervise Sr. DCS’s in their regions

    • Monthly 1-on-1 with Sr. DCS’s in region to review provider scorecard and checklist

    • Coach / Assist with provider discipline



  • Works with CMO to compile CMO Quarterly Newsletter

  • Oversees Sr. DCS with Organizing and delivering monthly New Provider Orientation (all regions)

  • Oversees Sr. DCS with Organizing and delivering New Provider Training Courses (all regions)

  • Assist Sr. DCS with Organizing Provider Retention Award Delivery

    • CMO award, CRH Memory Maker Award, Provider of the Year



  • Will obtain medical licenses in all regions

  • Assist CMO with high-level physicians’ issues

    • Medical legal

    • Board complaints

    • Behavioral



  • Oversees and tracks School Affiliation agreements

    • Works with Sr. DCSs on student placement and/or any issues that may arise



  • Works with CMO on all clinical policy creation and delivery

  • Conducts exit interviews for all physicians

  • Work 1-2 clinical shifts / month

  • Special project

    • Will have a two-project capacity
