About the Role
We are hiring for full-time billing roles including Accounts Receivable, Charge Entry and Payment Posting for our Fayetteville Billing Center location.
Schedule: Hybrid Role - 3 days remote / 2 days on-site
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and manage billing team workload to ensure timely and accurate charge entry, provide technical coding guidance to billing team, review charges and add necessary modifiers, units, injury dates, referring providers to ensure clean claim submission, review claim rejection reports and oversee staff to ensure necessary corrections are made, communicate with front office and clinical staff regarding missing or incorrect information preventing a clean claim submission, work closely with the Billing Operations Director on technical billing and coding issues, participate in recruiting efforts and train new billing staff, participate in Billing Office leadership meetings, and other duties as assigned
Who Should Apply?
✔Certified Professional Coder with current license preferred
✔ 3 years minimum medical billing experience in a multi-site physician group
✔Urgent care experience a plus
✔ High school diploma or GED equivalent professionals' welcome!
Salary Range: $17-$22p/h
