You’ll Make an Impact By:
The Senior Director of Ancillary Services and Operations is responsible for the strategic oversight, development, and growth of CRH Healthcare’s non-urgent care service lines, including occupational health, telehealth, and attribution-based care models. Occupational health services include, but are not limited to, employer-paid services, workers’ compensation, and other direct-to-employer care offerings.
In addition to program oversight, this leader is accountable for service line performance and growth, driving standardization, scalability, and operational excellence across all locations. The role partners closely with Medical Leadership, Operations, Compliance, and Quality to support clinical excellence, optimize performance, and ensure patient safety.
What You Will Do:
Service Line Leadership & Oversight
- Provide strategic direction and full lifecycle oversight for each ancillary service line
- Establish standardized workflows, protocols, and care delivery models across all locations
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and best practices
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including growth, quality, and outcomes
- Partner with operations and finance on program performance, billing practices, and optimization
Program Development & Optimization
- Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of service line offerings
- Identify opportunities for expansion, innovation, and market growth
- Develop and refine policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines
- Support integration of new services, tools, and technologies into clinic workflows
Education, Training & Clinical Competency
- Partner with Education & Training leadership to develop ongoing training programs for providers and staff
- Ensure competency-based education aligned to each service line’s clinical and operational needs
- Support onboarding, upskilling, and ongoing professional development
- Serve as a mentor and escalation resource for clinical and non-clinical teams
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Collaborate with Quality, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure adherence to all regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Monitor trends, risks, and performance gaps; implement corrective actions as needed
- Support initiatives that improve clinical outcomes, patient experience, and safety metrics
- Ensure audit readiness and consistent documentation practices across service lines
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Medical and Operational leadership to align strategy and execution
- Serve as a subject matter expert for ancillary service lines across the organization
- Drive a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement
- Facilitate communication and coordination between clinical, operational, and administrative teams
What You’ll Bring:
- Promote professional development and continued expertise in all aspects of services delivery
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare services
- Proven success building and scaling service lines within multi-site or high-growth environments
- Strong operational and financial acumen
- Experience driving growth through a combination of organic initiatives and operational optimization
- Ability to work independently, influence physician stakeholders, and drive change across the organization
- Experience with de novo development and/or M&A integration is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, administration, or related field
Key Skills & Requirements

- Deep knowledge of acute care clinical operations with the ability to translate strategy into measurable, system-wide performance outcomes.
- Ability to develop, analyze, and operationalize metrics and scorecards to improve clinical, operational, and patient experience outcomes.
- Skilled in leading cross-functional teams, influencing without authority, and driving sustainable change across complex healthcare environments.
