Urgent Care Center Manager - Locust Grove

Peachtree Immediate Care has an Immediate opening for an Urgent Care Center Manager for our Locust Grove clinic.
The Urgent Care Center Manager will either have the credentials of a Certified Medical Assistant, a Paramedic, or a Licensed Practical Nurse.
This position reports to the Regional VP of Operations and is responsible for daily operations, enforcing policies and procedures, implementation, and management of a single urgent care center. The incumbent will coordinate and supervise the duties of the clinical and front desk staff while ensuring an overall outstanding patient experience. The ideal candidate will have a clinical background and previous experience managing workflow in a fast-paced setting such as an urgent care or emergency department.

CRH Healthcare is headquartered in Atlanta, GA, and is a patient-focused operator of urgent care centers in the Atlanta metro area. CRH’s centers are open seven days a week from 8am - 8pm and provide walk-in care for injury, illness, and minor emergencies as well as family care to keep both parents and kids healthy.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Assure the clinic is open and appropriately staffed during regularly scheduled hours and special events, and that all facilities and equipment are available, operational, safe, and clean.


  • Select, train, supervise, and monitor the quality and production levels of center staff.


  • Staff Performance Reviews, Coaching, and Disciplinary Actions.


  • Time and Attendance management and Payroll processing.


  • Develop monthly staff schedule, review and approve time and attendance reports, and provide input to payroll calculation.


  • Assure the cash drawer is balanced by the front desk staff. Prepare and make weekly bank deposits.


  • Assure staff are adequately trained and equipped to perform their jobs.


  • Communicate and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Address performance and disciplinary issues.


  • Monitor supply inventories and place orders as needed to ensure needed supplies are available.


  • Interact with patients, review patient feedback, and address patient service issues.


  • Identify community marketing opportunities.


  • Inspect and maintain records of facilities and equipment.


  • Coordinate facility and equipment maintenance and other vendor services.


  • Perform front-end registration and/or clinical tasks as a backup in case of absence or high demand.


  • Prioritize workflow efficiency and patient throughput (door-to-door times). Expedite the patient flow to maximize patient visit volume.


  • Monthly Center Operational Audits to ensure compliance and quality.


  • Monthly Operations Review with RVP.


  • Lead by example to drive performance and efficiency of staff and customer service.


Minimum Education Requirements:


  • High School Diploma Required


  • College Degree or equivalent Preferred


Minimum Experience Requirements:


  • 5 years of healthcare experience Required


  • 2 years of management experience preferred


  • Hands-on clinical experience as a CMA, LPN, or Paramedic Required


  • Familiarity with medical billing systems and medical terminology required


  • Knowledge of HIPPA and OSHA and other clinical/ administrative duties required.


Minimum Skills Requirements:


  • Ability to perform front desk registration and medical assistant duties Required


  • Proficient in using and training others in common PC applications Required


  • Superior patient service skills to handle escalated issues required


  • Ability to supervise, train, and evaluate new and current staff required


  • Ability to drive efficient performance to improve patient wait times leading to improved patient satisfaction and increased patient visit volume required
