CRH Healthcare’s clinics are open seven days a week and provide walk-in care for injury, illness, and minor emergencies as well as family care to keep both parents and kids healthy. Our mission is to deliver the perfect patient experience every time. The typical clinic is 4,000 square feet in a standalone building or suite within a multi-tenant retail strip.

CRH Healthcare is looking for a Facility Maintenance Coordinator to provide administrative support to the facility maintenance department that maintains our real estate portfolio of 90+ leased locations. This position reports to the Director of Facilities, while working closely with operational leaders, external vendors, and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that maintenance work orders are completed efficiently and as scheduled.

  • Assist with management of centralized ticketing system and delegation of work orders to appropriate maintenance technicians.

  • Engage existing third party vendors when necessary to complete maintenance tasks.

  • Review and approve vendor invoices and coordinate payment with finance team.

  • Communicate with operational leaders and landlords regarding status and resolution of maintenance issues at the clinics they manage.

  • Maintain list of approved vendors by location by category, as well as division of maintenance responsibilities between tenant and landlord by location.


Key Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required.

  • Working familiarity with construction, architecture and building systems.

  • Must be detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency in Excel.
