Chris Dotson oversees the Finance and Accounting functions of CRH Healthcare. He is committed to aligning the organization’s decision-making with a data-driven approach, leading the financial planning and management processes, and assuring compliant reporting for the organization’s stakeholders.

Before joining CRH Healthcare in 2023, Chris held senior financial leadership roles at Floor & Decor and Kognitiv Inc. He has experience in the retail, software development, banking, and consulting industries across private equity-backed and public companies. Throughout his career, he has helped various organizations elevate their strategic financial planning and evolve their reporting and analysis tools.

Chris attended Pensacola Christian College for his undergraduate degree, earned an MBA from Columbia Southern University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
