As Vice President of Clinical Services, Courtney oversees every aspect of a practitioner’s employment with the company. She is committed to upholding clinical quality in the centers and aids in the development and implementation of various clinical policies and programs. 

Prior to CRH Healthcare, Courtney worked as a Physician Assistant in vascular surgery for two years before joining the company as a practitioner working full-time in the clinics. She was fortunate to be involved in the growth of the company’s Medical Leadership team. Over the years, Courtney has gone from overseeing a handful of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants at a handful of centers to overseeing all practitioners in various markets.  

Courtney earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Baylor University and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the Medical College of Georgia. She has been practicing as a Physician Assistant for almost 12 years and still enjoys serving patients in the clinic.
