With over 20 years of expertise in Human Resources, Lia has led the charge in human capital management and has built a strong and evolving HR team since joining CRH Healthcare in 2017. She currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources and oversees all HR functions. 

Lia’s passion for HR developed when she worked for Bain & Company’s Toronto location. At the time, she provided administrative support to two of Bain’s vice presidents but soon became impressed by Bain’s HR team and was motivated to pursue her calling to the profession. Her opportunity came when she relocated to Atlanta in 2000 and began working for a small start-up company called MediaOcean. For eight years, she developed her skills as an HR professional and leader as the company was acquired and scaled for growth. She also worked at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta before joining CRH Healthcare. 

An avid traveler, Lia enjoys venturing out to new cities and countries with friends and her son. She holds bachelor’s degrees in education and English from York University.
