Vice President of Human Resources

Princess Newborn is a strategic Human Resources executive with a strong track record of building and scaling people operations functions in high-growth, fast-paced environments. She brings expertise across organizational design, talent strategy, performance management, employee engagement, and acquisitions, with a focus on aligning people strategy to business objectives and creating scalable infrastructure to support growth. 

Prior to joining CRH Healthcare, Princess served as Vice President of People Operations at Ware2Go, where she played a key role in scaling the organization as its first HR hire. During her tenure, she built the company’s HR infrastructure from the ground up, leading initiatives across talent acquisition, learning and development, total rewards, performance management, compliance, and culture development. She also transitioned the organization from a PEO model to a fully in-house HR function, significantly reducing costs while improving operational effectiveness. She played a key role in driving organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives during periods of rapid growth, acquisitions, and transformation. 

Princess holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). 

Outside of work, Princess enjoys traveling the world, mentoring youth, and spending time with family and friends.
