Shandi Faulk, CPC, was promoted to the Vice President of Billing Operations for CRH Healthcare in 2023 after serving for over a decade in various roles with Peachtree Immediate Care. She first joined Peachtree Immediate Care as an Accounts Receivable Specialist in 2011.

Shandi began learning medical billing as a teenager when her mother launched a medical billing company. Her mother’s professional mentorship and guidance sparked her interest in revenue cycle and medical coding, which prompted Shandi to become a Certified Professional Coder in 2016.

Outside of work, Shandi enjoys cooking, painting, and traveling with her husband—they are always planning their next adventure together.
