Susan Mimnaugh is a strategic human resources executive with over 20 years of comprehensive HR experience leading human capital strategies for complex, multi-site organizations globally. Susan has extensive experience in a broad range of human resource disciplines, including global talent management, organizational design, learning and development, talent acquisition, and mergers. Her expertise across human resources management and human capital strategy supports the execution of key initiatives and drives company growth.
Susan joined CRH Healthcare after 17 years at Carters Childrenswear, most recently as VP of Human Resources North America, where she led HR functions across retail offices, stores, and distribution. She joined Carters during a period of rapid growth, supporting the expansion of the store footprint from approximately 200 locations to more than 1,000 and a workforce of 15,000 employees. She helped scale the organization from approximately $2B to $3.8B in revenue by building the HR infrastructure and elevating the employee experience required to support expanding operations.
Susan currently sits on the Board of Beyond Bedtime, an organization dedicated to helping children discover and experience the superpower of sleep. Over 150,000 children are supported annually through the Gift of Good Nights. As a Board member, she is focused on strategic operations and corporate partnerships.
She has held prior leadership roles at Linens N Things, Gap, and Eddie Bauer, consistently delivering results, building agile HR functions, driving employee engagement, and leading enterprise-wide transformation.
