Patients First Expands with New Urgent Care in Pensacola

PENSACOLA, Fla. – Patients First, the urgent care brand that has served the Tallahassee area since 1989, will open its first Pensacola clinic on Wednesday, November 11, 2026. The new clinic is the brand’s first location outside the Tallahassee area and its eighth overall. 

Patients First Pensacola is located at 4441 Bayou Blvd, just south of Cordova Mall and west of Pensacola International Airport, across the street from Culver’s on the former Wells Fargo site. 

To celebrate the opening and Veterans Day, Patients First Pensacola will offer free blood pressure screenings for veterans and military members on November 11. Patients must bring their military ID to be eligible for a free blood pressure screening. If a reading is outside the normal range, the provider may recommend further evaluation or treatment, which would be billed separately to insurance or self-pay. 

The clinic will be open seven days a week, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Patients can check wait times and book an appointment up to 24 hours in advance at patientsfirst.com. Walk-ins are always welcome. 

The 3,300-square-foot clinic has seven exam rooms, an on-site laboratory, and an X-ray suite. Services include treatment for non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses, immunizations, physicals, imaging, diagnostic testing, employer and occupational health, and select primary care.

Patients First accepts most major insurance plans and offers transparent self-pay pricing. Board-certified physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners provide care, along with clinical and support staff, including medical assistants and emergency medical technicians. 

Beyond Pensacola, several other clinics are planned, with the next two locations, Crestview and Panama City, opening in 2027.
